'General Hospital' recap: Denise admits that she's Ava, Silas blackmailed

Silas is blackmailed into not revealing a situation on General Hospital ABC/ General Hospital

Thursday on "General Hospital," Anna called Jordan and congratulated her on becoming commissioner. They talked about Duke, and Jordan told her that he loved her very much. After they hung up, Luke arrived and told her that he's not a threat to anyone anymore, not even to Baldwin. He said that he's sorry about Duke, and Anna burst into tears. He said that he feels responsible because he worked with Jerome. He invited her to his engagement party, but she told him that she's leaving — she's going to Scotland to scatter Duke's ashes in the spot where they used to look at the stars.

At the office, Jordan looked through Valerie's CV and he was impressed by her credentials. Dante interrupted as Jordan told Valerie that he's giving her the job. Dante gave her a hug and showed her around, and she thanked him for the recommendation.

Nathan escorted his sister to the PCPD interrogation room and Franco was there. He told the cops that she confessed to killing AJ. She told him to retract the statement. He said he'd only do that if she signs the annulment papers.

Meanwhile, Silas and Denise argued at the penthouse. Silas told her that Avery was the one who saved her life and that he's sure that she's Ava. Silas remembered his argument with Ava about taking AJ's bone marrow to save her life. Ava was livid to learn that he kidnapped her and called him a liar and a kidnapper. Silas said that he made her promise to stay away, but in the end, it looked like she couldn't stay away from her daughters. Denise finally admitted that she's Ava.

Here's what to expect on "General Hospital" on Friday, June 5:

Silas is blackmailed into not revealing a situation; Lucy and Scott warm up to one another; a surprising guest shows up at the Quartermaine party.

"General Hospital" airs Mondays to Fridays at 1 p.m. on ABC.
