Women's World Cup 2015 live stream: Watch Canada vs New Zealand, Germany vs Norway online (WWC 2015 soccer schedule)

As the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup continues to roll Thursday host nation Canada will try to remain undefeated as they take on New Zealand in Group A following a 1-0 tournament opener win over China Saturday.

The clash will feature Canada head coach John Herdman facing his former team that he handled for five years from 2006-2011.

Herdman led New Zealand to two consecutive FIFA Women's World Cup appearances (2007, 2011) and the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing.

Canada aims to keep an unblemished record and would like forward Christine Sinclair to have a repeat of what she did in stoppage time against China, while New Zealand hopes to capture their first win of the tournament and World Cup stint.

In other games on Thursday, two opening day winners Germany and Norway will face one another in Group B for the first match of the day.

It will be a rematch of the 1995 FIFA Women's World Cup in Sweden where Norway took home the victory 2-0 and was the only time the two nations met one another in the history of the tournament.

But in the recent years, it is Germany that has had more success as they won two straight World Cups in USA in 2003 and China in 2007.

Germany had the best tournament opener this 2015 after a 10-0 drubbing of the Ivory Coast last Sunday while Norway had its first win after topping Thailand 4-0.

China will have a chance to bounce back this Thursday after a tough loss to host country Canada as they play the Netherlands who opened the tournament with a 1-0 win over New Zealand.

Meanwhile, the Ivory Coast and Thailand will hope to capture their first victory of the 2015 World Cup after being handed a beating in their respective tournament openers.

The Ivory Coast suffered a 10-0 defeat against seasoned World Cup veterans Germany while Thailand lost to Norway 4-0.
