There is a lot to discover when it comes to "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2," and one of the hidden features that fans would want to meddle with is the instructor marks.

These instructor marks are icons or thumbnails that appear right above a player's created character on the Play Data screen of "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" before a battle begins.

In order to get them, players will, of course, have to get an instructor by approaching the character of choice and selecting the option, "Be my instructor." Look for the stars or pink houses on the game map to find the mentors available.

At the moment, there are 25 instructors peppered in "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" including Goku, Vegeta, Frieza, Broly, Beerus, and Videl, among others.

On a side note, more will be added in the game namely Bardock, Future Gohan, Whis, Cooler, and Android 16 via the upcoming "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" free downloadable content (DLC).

Instructors guide players during most battles. There is a training bar for each of them that players will need to fill up by doing Parallel Quests with their chosen instructor as their computer partner.

"Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" players can also participate in Advancement Tests at the Orange Star High School (talk to the Advancement Test Desk droid) that will unlock new missions from the instructors that players can do to increase their training bar.

The marks come in three versions — bronze, silver, and gold. Players will just to work their way up with the training bar in order for them to get the third one. It will only take around 33 percent to get bronze, though.

To check the progress, "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" players should navigate to Start, then Play Data, then hit Turn Page to the left. The Total Training Levels should be displayed. There, players can keep track of how close or far they are from unlocking a training mark.
