Cleveland Cavaliers star LeBron James is confident that his team will be bouncing back in Game 6 of the NBA Finals as the series returns to the Quicken Loans Arena for the last time.
The Cavaliers fell short in Game 5 Sunday losing 104-91 after a fourth quarter explosion from the Golden State Warriors.
Cleveland now trails the series 3-2 and needs two consecutive wins to take home the Larry O'Brien Championship Trophy.
Despite the double-digit loss in Game 5, James still believes they have a strong chance of forcing a rubber match against the Warriors.
In the postgame conference the four-time MVP was asked why he is playing so comfortable and he answered, "I feel confident because I'm the best player in the world. It's that simple."
James tallied his second triple-double in Game 5 as he scored 40 points, grabbed 14 boards and dished out 11 assists.
The Cavs struggled with their field-goals and James was the brightest spot for them in the loss.
Head coach David Blatt praised James for his valiant efforts despite everything they experienced this season including injuries.
"LeBron has been tremendous -- [that is] even an understatement for how he's played in the series. Under the current set of circumstances, that's what we've got to get, and he's bringing it. You don't see that every day, what he's doing. You've got to take your hat off to him, too," Blatt said.
James is having an incredible series against Golden State averaging 36.6 points, 12.4 rebounds and 8.8 assists in five games.
The 30-year-old's performance in the series is Finals MVP worthy and he might be the first man after Jerry West to win the award despite not winning the championship.
James said the Cavaliers have what it takes to win Game 6 and defend their home court adding, "But if we protect home like we're capable of doing, we force a Game 7."
