"Clash of Clans" gamers have already been teased of the online game's update, which is said not to arrive earlier than May 11. While the upcoming update is expected to introduce the new feature of the game, Shipwreck, it is also suspected to introduce the long-rumored Clan Alliances feature of the game.

According to reports, "Clash of Clans" creator Supercell has recently released the second trailer of its imminent update on the game, Shipwreck. As seen in the said teaser, a Hog Rider is aboard a boat in the middle of the sea and is anticipating the new friends he will meet in the new world.

Some now suspect that the "new friends" that the hog rider mentions in the second trailer can actually be in reference to Clan Alliances, which fans have long clamored for and Supercell is rumored to deliver. On the other hand, some believe that the "new friends" referenced in the trailer of the update may actually mean that the game is ushering in new characters into the game.

Meanwhile, apart from possibly introducing Clan Alliances or new characters, some also suspect that the upcoming "Clash of Clans" update this May 12 may introduce another game mode for the game. Reportedly, it is possible for the game to introduce a Night Mode feature as the Hog Rider is aboard his boat close to nighttime.

On the other hand, it is said that, just because Supercell has announced the update on the game is not expected to arrive earlier than May 11, it does not follow that the update will be available by May 12. Nonetheless, it is said to arrive not later than mid of May.

Will the "Clash of Clans" update really introduce the Clan Alliances along with its Shipwreck feature?

Fans can only hope so.
