Bible League's 'Bible Week' Program held on 9th-16th May

The NSW Bible League's Reading for life, Bible Week Program commenced on 9th May and will continue until 16th May. Australian Christians in churches all over Australia have partnered with Bible League and are dedicating the week to focus on developing a lifestyle of daily Bible reading.

For this Bible Week, the main focus is on reading God's Word daily, so that people's lives may change so that a positive impact can be made in families and communities.

The Rev. The Hon. Dr. Gordon Moyes, AC, MLC says, "Christians in Australia today need to read and study the Word of God for themselves." In addition to the Bible Week Program, the Bible League aims to send as many Bibles as possible to some of the 500 million Christian brothers and sisters worldwide as many still do not have their own copy of God's Word.

Bible League hopes this Bible Week Program can change people's lives and their common views on being a Christian. The purpose of Bible League is to provide Scripture and training worldwide, so that people prepared by the Holy Spirit will be brought into the fellowship of Christ and his Church.
