Batman vs Superman release date, plot rumors: Flash to make cameo

Another hero could be joining the Man of Steel and the Dark Knight once Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice reels off on March 26, 2016.

Rumored to be making a cameo appearance is the Flash who may be caught on some surveillance footage as he tries to foil a robbery. Though that instance may not be much to jump up for, the latest rumor somehow gives viewers an idea on which DC superheroes will be making an appearance in the Zach Snyder-directed film.

This also appends the list of heroes confirmed for the said movie.

Already to be expected are Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) and Aquaman (Jason Momoa). Jared Letto will be appearing as well in what could be a flashback segment which would show how the Joker would kill Robin after beating the iconic Batman sidekick to death.

To date, everything seems to be running as scheduled as far as production is concerned for the said movie though details are really pretty hard to come by.

Some of the other rumors other than a face-off between Superman and Batman include that of Amanda Waller reportedly holding Aquaman's trident as a trophy at her headquarters.

If true, it could mean that Aquaman may likely be held up at some special prison. If true, it should be interesting to see how Aquaman would be making an appearance and for how long in the said movie.

All rumors aside, it would be interesting to see who would side with Superman and who would side with Batman. In fact, would there be any of them siding with the other at all.

If you missed it, Batman is expected to confront Superman after the debacle that hit Metropolis. The caped crusader questions the real intent of the Man of Steel but both end up fighting a common enemy, most likely Lex Luthor.

Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice premieres on March 26, 2016, something worth looking forward to.
