Amir Khan vs Floyd Mayweather or Manny Pacquiao fight news 2015: Khan willing to fight Pacquiao if denied 'Money'

Amir Khan might be facing Manny Pacquiao in his next fight if the undefeated Floyd Mayweather does not select him as his next opponent in what could be his last career-bout this September.

A few weeks ago Khan was very optimistic that a fight against Mayweather could be announced within two weeks but there is no progress so far.

The 28-year-old British slugger said previously said that he already spoke with Floyd Mayweather Sr. and has gotten under the skin of Mayweather's camp.

But if he gets denied again for the fourth time, Khan said he is open to facing Pacquiao who was his former sparring and stable mate under trainer Freddie Roach.

Khan said Pacquiao should man up if he wants a fight against him and said rumors regarding a clash in Dubai against the Filipino slugger are not true.

Khan told The National, "If Manny mans up and wants to take the fight then it will happen, but the only fight I am interested in right now is Floyd Mayweather."

"It's all rumours and speculation, I've not spoken to Manny about a fight in Dubai and neither did our camps, so it's untrue," he added.

Khan also said that they offered Pacquiao and his camp a fight before but they were turned down.

He believes Mayweather is avoiding him and stated, "There is nothing more from their camp, Floyd is clearly avoiding me; that's the fight I want, I've proved myself in the welterweight division, so I don't know what more to do."

Khan also thinks that Pacquiao would have won if Mayweather faced him five years ago.

In a video posted by Tha Boxing Voice on their Youtube channel, Mayweather revealed two candidates for his next and possibly last career-fight.

"There are two names out there that I'm going to fight. I'm either going to fight Karim Mayfield or Andre Berto in September," Mayweather said.

Khan criticzed Mayweather's selection and said, "I hear he wants an easy fight for his 49th and final fight; he has been mentioning names like Andre Berto and Karim Mayfield. Why not take the fight with me, if he thinks I am that easy?"
