Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is scheduled to finally air on Mar. 3, 2015 on ABC which should answer some questions and twists that many had witnessed during the fall midseason finale.

To recall, Coulson and company were able to destroy an alien lair and prevent Hydra from taking advantage. Skye and Raina touched the Obelish and were cocooned which also resulted in Triplett being killed as he was trying to save his comrade.

Before that, there were a lot of loose ends as well. One had to do with Ward teaming up with Agent 33 and Cal livid with Coulson for denying him his revenge against Whitehal.

So with the rundown, there are a lot of things to look forward to aside from the fact that Skye would be inheriting her quake-powers. A complete gist on that can be read on a previous post here.

Picking off from those last scenarios, the next episode will also provide Marvel fans a glimpse of things to come. And from all indications, the team will be expected to take their game up a notch as they try and stand up to superhumans, this time more organized and wiser.

The team will apparently be headed by Cal, Skye's father (Kyle Maclachlan) as he tries to get even with Coulson and company.

On his end, expect Coulson and the team to suffer from some internal problems.

One is that May would be revealing that Dr. Andrew Garner is her ex-husband which will provide an interesting sidelight on how May would be able to focus on her job.

Will there be more superhumans to be unveiled? With Skye and Raina now unveiling their special abilities, who could probably be next in line? One thing is for sure, expect Inhumans to rise.

It is believed that there would be other characters who will be donning special abilities which in turn would be gateways to possible connections with other Marvel flicks. And such could be expected as the series moves on.

Don't fail to catch the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. episode "Aftershocks" which airs on ABC this Mar. 3.
