Chevrolet's 2017 Camaro SS 1LE will be available in two versions when it comes out on the market.

According to Auto World News, the first version of the iconic model will feature a V-6 engine while another will feature a V-8 engine which is targeted towards consumers who are growing more partial to the power of SUVs and pick ups.

Based on the brand's official website, the design made sure that the new version will deliver on performance from the car's exterior all the way to its interior.

"The 2017 Camaro sports car takes full advantage of its tighter proportions with more responsive braking, better attack in and out of corners, and more nimble performance. The smaller, more athletic sixth-generation Camaro also features a fastback profile and more pronounced quarter panels, creating a road presence that's hard to ignore," it said.

Aside from the sleek design of the exterior — which offers maximum aerodynamic efficiency — there is the fresh addition of the Brembo front brakes with six-piston calipers that are also being used by the Cadillac ATS-V.

For the V-8 version, the Camaro SS 1LE will feature a dual-mode exhaust and an engine-coolant capacity on top of the usual engine-oil cooler. Another strong feature is the car's suspension. The new version uses the same high-performance suspension as that of the Camaro ZL1. The Camaro SS 1LE will also have Magnetic Ride Control adaptive dampers which will be a great feature for motorists.

Meanwhile, Vine Report revealed that the 2017 Camaro SS 1LE performed well at Motor Trend's Best Driver's Car Competition.

Based on the test drive, the Camaro SS 1LE inched out its predecessor as it completed the Laguna Seca raceway in 1:37.78, compared to Camaro Z/28's 1:37.82.

The good news is that the new Camaro is fully customizable and starts at a price of $25,905.
