Miami Heat trade rumors: Chris Bosh heading to Toronto Raptors?

According to a report from Real GM, there is a possibility of the Miami Heat trading Chris Bosh over to the Toronto Raptors. In return, the team will get small forward Terrence Ross, forward Patrick Patterson and center Jared Sullinger.

The report further reveals that both teams are over the financial cap and this trade would allow them to go back under the legal restrictions. It will also allow them to rebuild their teams, particularly for the Miami Heat as they are currently re-balancing the team following the loss of LeBron James and Dwyane Wade.

Parent Herald reveals that the Heat are at a loss given how James had moved to the reigning NBA champions, the Cleveland Cavaliers, and Wade had moved to the Chicago Bulls. It is also speculated that keeping Bosh with the Miami Heat may not work out as he might not work well together with Hassan Whiteside,

The report reveals that the Heat may be willing to keep Whiteside but will let go of Bosh in order to main optimal efficiency on the hardfloor.

Bosh is also stated to be a big benefit for the Raptors as he is likely going to form a strong pact with DeMar DeRozan, Jonas Valanciunas and Kyle Lowry. Together they are expected to create a dynamic offensive that will boost the efficiency of the Toronto Raptors as well as their chances of defeating the Cavaliers.

Chatt Sports Net does reveal that Bosh may also be a risk that the Raptors are willing to take. The player had suffered issues of recurring blood clots in his legs and for the past two years had been playing sporadically for the Miami Heat. Recent videos reportedly indicate he is back to being on top of his game but it is uncertain to tell until he goes back to playing full time.
