"Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" is now taking viewers back to the infamous Hidden Mist Village, which was first depicted by the original "Naruto" manga and anime versions as an unruly place. The upcoming episode 28 of the spin-off series will further explore the positive changes in the Hidden Mist. Furthermore, Boruto's newfound friend, Kagura Karatchi, will be inspired to join the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist.

Latest reports revealed the title of "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations." Episode 28 will be "A Declaration of War." Teasers about the upcoming episode came from the translated texts of the latest Weekly Shonen Jump magazine issue in Japan. In the particular episode, to be released on Oct. 11, Kagura appears to be convinced by Boruto to join the Hidden Mist Village's elite group of swordsmen, even as his dark past continues to stand in the way.

As noted by Comic Book, Kagura has been reluctant to join the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist due to the darkness inside him. The previous reputation of the Seven Swordsmen could also be a factor, given that the highly-skilled warriors of the Hidden Mist became famous due to their ruthlessness. Although, in the present "Boruto" timeline, the Seven Swordsmen are now living peacefully and not causing any bloodshed.

"Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" episode 28 will show Kagura's intention to inherit the Hiramekarei sword from the Sixth Mizukage, Chojuro, himself. However, complications will arise as Shizuma Hoshigaki seeks to infiltrate the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist and revert the group to its old evil ways.

The previous episode of "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" featured Boruto and the rest of Konoha students going on a field trip. The students witnessed the pleasant changes in the Hidden Mist Village, as the nation is no longer involved in mischievous acts that had caused a rift with the Leaf Village. No longer known as the "Bloody Mist," the transformed nation still keeps the tradition of the Seven Swordsmen, the legendary warriors that are now only interested in protecting the village.
