Miss Universe live stream 2013 [NBC start time]: Winner, results to be announced tonight

The 62<sup>nd annual Miss Universe 2013 beauty pageant will be held tonight at the Crocus City Hall in Moscow, Russia.

Viewers can watch the competition on Nov. 9 at 9 p.m. ET on NBC. A live stream and coverage of the pageant's finale will be available to watch online via Zeebox or the official Miss Universe website at 9 p.m. ET.

86 contestants from around the world will be taking part in the two-hour pageant, which will see reigning Miss Universe 2012 Olivia Culpo of USA handing over the crown to her successor.

The top five contestants, including the winner, will be announced tonight.

This year's hosts include Jeannie Mai, Olivia Culpo, Nick Teplitz, Thomas Roberts, and Mel B.

Judges for the finale are as follows:

Russian-born supermodel Anne Vyalitsyna; super-model, multi-award winning actress and author Carole Alt; highly acclaimed chef Nobuyaki Matsuhisa, also known as "Chef Nobu"; one of the pageant's sponsors Farouk Shami; designer Italo Fontana; Russian pop artist Philip Kirkorov; Aerosmith's frontman Stephen Tyler; and gold medalist skater Tara Lipinski.

Stephen Tyler will be performing on tonight's show, along with Panic! At the Disco, and Russian pop-star Emin.

Olivia Culpo, 21, is the current title-holder from Rhode Island. She won the coveted crown last year, becoming the first winner from the US in 15 years.

Culpo currently advocates for God's Love We Deliver, YouthAIDS, and other organizations. She is a spokeswoman for HIV/AIDS Awareness.

Last week's 2013 Miss Universe Preliminary Competition, saw Nastassja Bolivar of Nicaragua taking home the prize for the best National Costume. The National Costume show was held on Sunday, November 3 at Vegas Mall in Moscow Russia.
