'Beauty and the Beast' season 4 spoilers: Dangerous villain threatens Vincent and Cat's happiness

Vincent and Cat's married life will be threatened by a villain more fearsome than Liam in "Beauty and the Beast" season 4. The CW

After its action-packed and intense season 3 finale, fans are eager to find out details regarding the upcoming installment of the hit The CW series "Beauty and the Beast."

The network maintains its silence regarding the new season, but many speculate that Cat (Kristin Kreuk), Vincent (Jay Ryan), and the whole entourage will return next year. As the last episode titled "Destined" saw the two in an intimate wedding on the roof top of Cat's apartment, fans expect that season 4 will open with Vincent and Cat as they start life as a wedded couple.

As seen in the finale, Vincent was able to kill the major villain in the story, Liam (Jason Gedrick) when he decided to launch an attack on the former's wedding day. Cat's man turned into a beast and ended the enemy's life right there and then, and they were able to have their happy ending. While things seem to be looking great for the newlyweds in season 4, they should not be used to peace that much.

Rickey reveals that an even more dangerous antagonist will come and cause chaos in their lives. Although there has been no information with regard to who or what kind of bad guy the show will have, the "bigger and better villain than Liam" will reportedly appear early into the upcoming installment.

Some sources also speculate that Liam may not really be dead and is just bidding his time to launch another attack. After all, viewers will not know exactly whether or not he did perish after Vincent defeated him, not until season 4 premieres. Perhaps, the major storyline that will gain more attention is how things will turn out between Cat and Vincent after getting married.

Will Cat still support him despite the constant danger to their lives? Or will she finally convince Vince to let everything go, as she was close to asking last season? Fans will have to wait until 2016 for some answers, as Bustle reports that "Beauty and the Beast" season 4 will premiere summertime next year.
