Xbox One Games with Gold August 2016 games speculated to include 'Red Dead Redemption,' 'Sleeping Dogs,' 'Ryse: Son of Rome'

Xbox Games with Gold for July 2016 Xbox

Xbox Live Gold subscribers are once again speculating on the free games that are about to arrive for the month of August. Xbox One owners are anticipating that "Red Dead Redemption," "Sleeping Dogs," "Ryse: Son of Rome" and a few more will come soon.

Several fans are speculating that Rockstar Games 2010's "Red Dead Redemption" could finally arrive this month. Further rumors also stated that its sequel may possibly be unveiled during Gamescom 2016, set to happen on Aug. 18 to 20 in Cologne, Germany, The Bitbag reported.

"Red Dead Redemption" is a cowboy and outlaw third-person perspective game that is set in an open world environment in fictitious states in the United States and Mexico. Gamers will play as John Marston, a former outlaw turned government agent of Bureau of Investigation, who will then help track one of his old gang cohorts, Bill Williamson and his new set of wild thugs.

Another speculated game to be offered is "Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition," because the game is several years old and retails stores are already offering the game at a very low price. The game was released back in August 2012 and developed bv United Front Games and Square Enix London.

"Ryse: Son of Rome" is another great candidate for the Xbox One Games with Gold for next month. It was released late in 2013 and was published by Microsoft Studios. Unfortunately, the game did not create much stir when it was released, and the tech giant could just give it away to its subscribers.

The publication also mentioned "Bioshock," "Bioshock 2," "Bioshock Infinite" and "Skate 3." These games have also been on the Backward Compatibility list for quite a time already and predicted to be included in the lineup of free games for next month.

Currently, Xbox One owners can still download the July offerings, which include "The Banner Saga 2," "Tron: Evolution," "Rainbow Six Vegas 2," until July 31. "Tumble Stone" will be available until Aug. 15.
