WWE TLC 2015 news update: Did Roman Reigns just book a fight with Triple H?

Roman Reigns lost as expected at World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) TLC (Tables, Ladders and Chairs) and, of course, it was the numbers game that took into effect.

For reigns, the WWE title on the ladder was within his reach yet again but this time, Sheamus' League of Nations entered the fray and deprived the Big Dog of winning the title. Before the night was over, Reigns finally lost it, taking on everyone including Triple H who went into the ring to stop the beat down and punishment he was handing Sheamus, as reported via WWE.com.

Triple H berated Reigns and called him a loser, ticking off Reigns and thus venting his ire on the WWE COO. Triple H seemed to be in bad shape, with Reigns taking out his frustrations on the odds constantly placed on him and capping it all with a spear as Trips was being helped out of the arena.

Stephanie McMahon was around and promised Reigns would pay. Whatever she meant by that will most likely take place at WWE RAW — either a punishing handicap match or perhaps the usual suspension angle that the WWE loves to play.

But other than that, it seems that the whole fracas could have hinted at a possible match involving Reigns and Triple H, something that has long been rumored to be happening.

We have seen this happen so many times in the past, scenes wherein the boss meets the rising star. The only question now is when it could take place if ever. Will it be at the Royal Rumble? WWE Fastlane? Maybe even WrestleMania 32, although that is a bit far off.

Before going that far, it remains to be seen what the WWE plans to do with Reigns. Will he be suspended and held off for now? Or will he be back to the sudden appearance among the crowds routine, getting involved in matches and taking his rivalry with Sheamus personal?

It should be an interesting development and hopefully, something different from what we have already seen in the past.
