WWE Rumors: Dwight Howard to become a wrestler soon?

Dwight Howard has been notorious for crazy stuff such as pranks but as far as his career is concerned, he has always been identified as one of the future NBA Hall of Famers.

Howard and the Rockets are now officially on vacation after falling to the Golden State Warriors in the Western Conference NBA Finals but Superman was spotted in attendance when WWE was in Houston.

With Howard present, it wasn't surprising to hear that the WWE had a backstage interview with the Houston Rocket center. Aside from that, there were of course photo ops and one of them included WWE COO Triple H.

But was that all?

Howard, a WWE fan as well, may have gotten a hint at what he would be doing next once his NBA career comes to a close.

Triple H has apparently left the door open for Howard just in case he would want to get into the WWE ring. With his height and physique, Howard could do well to consider wrestling though not while he is currently hooked up with the NBA.

He has had enough injuries, most of which were the reason why he barely made an impact on the Rockets past season.

Howard joining the WWE could be possible but probably as a celebrity guest appearance and not actually to compete for now. And should he take up Triple H on his offer, he becomes the fourth NBA player to do so.

Karl Malone, Dennis Rodman and Shaquille O' Neal had already made previous appearances in the WWE scene. Malone and Rodman took part in matches while O' Neal went as far as serving as a guest announcer.

So the question is, will Dwight wrestle or be there just to be an attraction. If ever that happens it may take place probably 5 to 7 years from now, depending on how long Howard plans to play competitive ball.
