WWE rumors latest: Is Daniel Bryan retiring?

Former World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) champion Daniel Bryan is currently out of action on account of another injury and to date, there is no word on when he can actually make a return.

There are some who believe that the Yes Man may never return to full active duty after the latest setback in his colorful wrestling career is reportedly a whole lot serious than what people see it to be.

But the tipping point may have possibly come from a recent interview with 92.7 KGHO in Aberdeen, Washington. Bryan was asked about his thoughts on the previously concluded WWE Battleground but what he said towards the end was something that really sent the WWE fans thinking.

"For those waiting for my return I appreciate it but let's focus on what's going on right now. I've had my time and it's over so it seems but there's an abundance of talent on the main roster for them to pay attention too. Just let it go," said Bryan.

Depending on how one takes it, it does sound like Bryan indirectly hinted at retiring or avoided answering the question regarding his status.

Could it be the end of the road for the WWE star and big fan favorite?

Once that interview portion made its way online, Bryan responded by calling it a fake via Twitter.

Regardless, the radio station stood firm that the interview did take place although it would have been better if there were some supporting evidence (like an audio recording) to go with it.

On whether the interview was fake or not, the reality of it all is that Bryan is injured although it remains to be seen how badly. Multiple sources have come out to say that the Bryan is in bad shape and seeing a return to the ring is close to impossible at the moment.

As far as Bryan and his wife Brie Bella is concerned, the Yes Man will make a return to wrestling someday. Unfortunately and until the real score on Bryan is known, seeing him back in the WWE ring and in action looks like pretty remote for now.
