WWE 2015 rumors, news: Has the WWE Universe seen the last of Ronda Rousey?

Bad news for WWE fans who were hoping to see more from Ronda Rousey inside the ring.

UFC President Dana White summed it up in three words: 'One and Done'. When asked as well on whether he would allow his women's bantamweight champion to wrestle in the WWE, the answer was a simple 'NOPE'.

Hence, this douses water over speculations that Rousey could be strutting her skills in Wrestlemania 32 against Stephanie McMahon in singles competition or with Dwayne 'the Rock' Johnson in a tag-team billing.

Clearly, White is looking after his prized fighter. Injuries could occur and such will hurt the UFC in the event of that happening.

There is also that angle of a marketing perspective. Rousey crossing over to the WWE could benefit the WWE but hurt the UFC in some way. And everyone knows that hide it as they may, there is a rivalry of sorts between the two sports entertainment giants.

It will be recalled that White was pretty impressed on what Rousey did during Wrestlemania 31. But it seems everything will be up to that point. It wasn't however made clear if Rousey would no longer make an appearance since White stressed that Ronda will never wrestle in the WWE.

On the other end, it is apparent that Rousey was overwhelmed with Wrestlemania 31 and had hinted she would love to return some day. But the thing is, she is under contract with the UFC and this could hinder all those aspiration as far as actual physical contact is concerned.

Hence, it makes sense now why the rumors were floating of a one-on-one match between Triple H and the Rock and not the original tag-team match with Stephanie McMahon and Rousey were included.

The appended and rumored card hinted that it could be a one-on-one instead between Rousey and Stephanie. But now it looks like that is far from happening unless White has a change of heart and the UFC bantamweight champion Rousey has anything to say about it.
