WWE 2015 news: Would John Cena be perfect as a heel?

As everyone knows, John Cena is best known as a face wrestler. Although he does get booed a lot lately, there is one inactive wrestler who would love to see that happen — Daniel Bryan.

Bryan, currently in Dubai to help promote the upcoming "WWE 2K16" game, bares how he would love to see Cena take on the role of a heel.

Apparently, the inactive star who has been out for quite some time due to injury singles out how former World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) superstar Hulk Hogan did the trick back in 1996. That, he points out, turned wrestling around and apparently, he wants to see how it would work if the current face of the WWE does the same.

The thing about Cena is he knows how to play the crowd. Despite getting a lot of boos, it doesn't seem to affect him at all. At times, one would wonder if Cena is indeed a face or a heel.

Cena as a heel wrestler is nothing new. When he started his climb in the WWE, Cena took on the role of a heel. So if asked to be one, the transition shouldn't be much of a problem for the WWE star who has been relegated to the midcards lately.

Cena is set to take on Seth Rollins at WWE Night of Champions next week as he tries to regain the U.S. title after losing it at WWE SummerSlam. Although it remains to be seen how that match will turn out, one cannot help but feel that Cena will likely even the score with the Architect.

Bryan, on the other hand, has yet to return to the ring after suffering a concussion during a live event in Europe several months ago. Bryan had made a marvelous run, but it seems that the Yes Man has to fully recover from a previous major injury that forced him to relinquish the WWE title last year.
