Gabe Aul, corporate vice president of Microsoft, announced on Feb. 24 that the latest build for the Windows 10 Mobile is available for Windows Insider members in the fast ring. Microsoft is strongly recommending that users of its Lumia 950, 950 XL, 650, 550, Xiaomi Mi4 and the newly added Alcatel OneTouch Fierce XL download and install this latest version.
The latest Windows mobile build was the same build that was released on Feb. 19 for Fast Ring Insider members, but users immediately informed Microsoft about some issues being experienced right after getting the said update. It is now being reintroduced and in it are fixes for a few issues, plus an additional feature.
The latest Windows 10 Mobile Build 14267.1004 includes the following:
· A fix for Visual Voicemail notifications not displaying properly
· A fix for the charging or USB connection issue with the Lumia 550 after updating
· Re-Introduction of the Visual Voicemail for dual-SIM variants, such as the Lumia 950 XL dual-SIM; this feature was already included in the initial update but was affected by the notification issue
Microsoft has also updated the People app with its history feature, where users can now view the previous interaction messages with their contacts in the app. However, the tech-giant is still working on a similar issue with Skype.

Moreover, other issues related to last week's update that reached Microsoft are still being worked on. These include the Windows Feedback shortcut getting unpinned from Start, wireless display issues, and the track pad not working correctly for the Lumia 950 XL when using Windows Continuum.
For users of the Lumia 550 who are experiencing the issue of the battery not charging, Microsoft has prepared a step-by-step procedure on how to remedy the situation, especially for those who cannot update to the latest version yet.
The Windows 10 Build 14271 for the PC has also been released.
