After a horrendous car crash last year, actor-comedian Tracy Morgan has shown vast improvement from the forgettable incident. Morgan has shown marked improvements after being spotted at a rehab facility where he is undergoing physical therapy

It will be recalled that Morgan suffered multiple injuries which included broken bones after a Walmart tractor-trailer rammed his limo bus. A friend of Morgan, James McNair, wasn't as lucky and died.

According to a report from US Weekly, Morgan was seen walking and aided by a cane before sitting down in one of the benches waiting for his fiancée, Megan Wollover. A video from the Daily Mail can be viewed here.

Morgan is aching to get back to the entertainment scene. In fact according to the same source, Morgan would be performing like his old self if only he was 100% healthy. Apparently such is not the case but with his progress, such could be just a matter of time.

Morgan was forced to miss the 40th anniversary of Saturday Night Live but was however honored during the show.

A lawsuit was filed by Morgan and his attorneys against Wal-Mart over their safety practices after it was later found that the employee driving the tractor-trailer fell asleep. Wal-Mart however responded by saying that Morgan was to blame for not wearing his seatbelt. To date, the legal battles are ongoing.

Regardless of these legal issues, Morgan is valiantly trying to set aside the unfortunate event and simply wants to get his life back. But all that could hinge on how is able to successfully recuperate from the physical and brain injuries that resulted from that unfortunate accident.
