"Underground" is the first DLC for "Tom Clancy's The Division" that was released a month ago for Windows PC and Xbox One. It is now available for the PlayStation 4 video game 30 days after it was released.

The PlayStation 4 expansion pack was released last Aug. 2 It brought the game server down for an hour for maintenance purposes. Everything went back to normal after the said downtime. Installation instructions were also provided by Ubisoft.

Several requirements were also needed in order to access "Underground:"

  • Must be at least level 30
  • Must be a holder of the Season Pass or have purchased the "Underground" DLC
  • Must have completed the new Side Mission in Tenderloin
  • Must have completed the General Assembly mission

The "Underground" DLC is described as "the first expansion takes you below New York's streets and into a maze of subways, tunnels, and sewers. The Division's enemies have taken over Manhattan's sprawling underground and are planning devastating attacks. You and your fellow agents must take the fight to them."

Players can go in as a team and clear the underground system, which contains the base of operation for The Cleaners. For the courageous ones, they go in solo. Additionally, the expansion pack also brings a new incursion game called Dragon's Nest. This mission is to infiltrate Hell's Kitchen, which is the base itself. Ubisoft made it a point that players will enjoy every minute of it and it is worth their time. The opponents will not go down without a good fight.

The game was originally released last March and centers on the aftermath of a smallpox pandemic. Players are the agents of the Strategic Homeland Division, or The Division, which needs to investigate the outbreak, clear the area of lawless activities and establish a base.

"Tom Clancy's The Division" is available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC. Fans can expect several more DLC packs to follow.
