'Titanfall 2' patch updates: Map Hack skill, Titan balance resolved

Titanfall 2 Respawn Entertainment

After the release of the much-awaited "Titanfall 2" game, Respawn Entertainment has just released a new patch for the title. The reason behind it is that "Titanfall 2" needed some balancing adjustments to the game's multiplayer mode, as well as changing the Map Hack skill.

According to Game Rant, "Titanfall 2" is a fast-paced game set on a battlefield where pilots can run parkour-style across the field and the Titans engage in deadly duels using their stronger firearms. With this, the title has become a highly-rated game because playing it is consistently a satisfying and entertaining experience.

Respawn, however, released a brand new patch that ensures player satisfaction regardless of the multiplayer mode played.

Most players have been requesting that the Map Hack skill be fixed, especially those who are delving into the multiplayer aspect of the game. After all, the skill is used to reveal the location of enemies for a certain amount of time, and as such a lot of people feel like the ability is overpowered.

Thankfully, Respawn feels the same way and as such in the new patch, Map Hack only pulses locations of players instead of constantly displaying their locations on the map.

What this means is that players will now need to stay one their toes and rely on the skill's map location, which makes it easier for the opposing team.

However, this is not the only thing that was changed upon the implementation of the patch as TechnoAisle reports that two Titan classes have been rebalanced, mainly Tone and Legion. After all, players found the former overpowered regardless of the situation, which made it an ordeal to take down.

Unfortunately, the changes and tweaks done to both Titan classes were not listed by the developers. As such, players will just need to find out for themselves what the new patch entails for them.
