Gamers waiting for "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" may have to wait a bit longer to see the release of one of Nintendo's most highly anticipated videogames for 2017.
Though "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" was already delayed by Nintendo for a few months so that the developer could work on a port for the game when the videogaming company releases its next generation Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Life reported that the videogame might see another delay in its launch.
Apparently, Emily Rogers, a videogame leaker who has made a few accurate predictions before, just announced that the release date of Nintendo's "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" has been pushed back to sometime in the summer of 2017. Rogers indicated that the alleged delay can be blamed on the fact that localization can be a weighty task for developers, and though it has been undermined before, it seems like the team may be having trouble with the task in the future. With the pace that the developer is going at, Rogers predicted that the localization team will have trouble fully translating the content for "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wind" and then work on bug testing all in time for the original release.
Though Nintendo hasn't confirmed the reported delay as of yet, it seems like fans are gearing up for the extended waiting period.
In other "Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" news, iDigital Times reported that meticulous fans have been poring over the old Nintendo Switch trailer for the game and it seems like they've spotted a few interesting details about the title that no one has really noticed before.
Apparently, some footage from the trailer bore resemblance to the "Twilight Princes" trailer of the E3 2004 and some have begun to speculate whether "Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" could make stronger ties with Nintendo's title from 2006.
As with this, Nintendo has yet to make a confirmation and thus gamers must take things with a grain of salt.
