'The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild' release date: Game to arrive in 2017, brings hype for console NX

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Nintendo

"The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" is expected to arrive in 2017. It is one of the highly anticipated games that will bring the NX, the upcoming console from Nintendo, the success that it needs by having a strong and fast start, which the Wii U failed to achieve.

Very little information is available regarding both the game and the NX. The Japanese video game giant has been tight-lipped about them. All that is known right now is that the NX will be released by March 2017 and the 19th Zelda game will come along with it.

"The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild," which was previously known as "Legend of Zelda" Wii U, was well received during its unveiling at the E3 2016.

MNR Daily mentioned that even fans do agree on the way Nintendo is handling both the game and the console. However, there is nothing to gain for the fans, who have been waiting for the next installment of the series for quite a while now.

Speaking of the NX, some of the games confirmed to arrive on the upcoming console are "Just Dance 2017," "Holiday 2017 Sonic Game" and "Dragon Quest X." Rumored to come are "Dragon Quest 11" and "Mech Super Extended," IGN mentioned.

It was reported that a "Mario" and a "Pokémon" game will also be made available within the first six months of the console's release. The company is also trying to bring to the table other game developers like Sega, Square Enix, Activision and Ubisoft. Warner Bros. is said to be already on board.

"The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild " is expected to arrive sometime in 2017 for the NX and Wii U.
