'Teen Wolf' season 6 spoilers: New season will see Scott's circle graduate; new star to set take over show in future seasons

"Teen Wolf" season 6 could be the last for the original cast as fans know it. Rumor has it that the season will see Scott, Stiles and the rest of the pack graduate not only from high school but from the show itself.

Last year, showrunner Jeff Davis admitted he is unsure if "Teen Wolf" season 6 will be the curtain call for the show or not. If it won't be, he told The Hollywood Reporter that time that he imagined "someone else to take over the show," with Dylan Sprayberry, who plays Liam on the show, in mind.

While it remains unclear if Davis has the same feelings today as last year, the showrunner once again suggested that the show is changing and that "Teen Wolf" season 6 will be unlike any of the past seasons.

In an interview with TV Line, Davis revealed that "Teen Wolf" season 6 will be somewhat "Teen Wolf 2.0," which he jumpstarted by paying homage to Crystal Reed's character Allison in the season 5 finale.

"It is a very different show now, so we acknowledged the past while also moving towards the future. We're seeing our high school kids on the way to graduation," Davis explained.

"It's a strange thing doing a teen show that lasts four seasons, because they do eventually have to grow up. ... I don't think we want to have to change the title to Adult Wolf or Man Wolf," he continued.

Whether or not this transformation puts stars Dylan O'Brien and Tyler Posey out of the equation remains a mystery for now. Davis, however, guaranteed that Scott and Lydia's feelings will be a "focus" in "Teen Wolf" season 6.

There will also be a new beast wreaking havoc in Beacon Hills come "Teen Wolf" season 6. The new threat comes in the form of the Nazi Werewolf, which seems to have found its way out of the Dread Doctors' lair.

"Teen Wolf" season 6 is expected to premiere this June.
