T-Mobile's two-day back-to-school sale has come to a close and for anyone who missed it, it was the magenta carrier's promo launched to go with the back-to-school craze.

The promo was called "Class is in Session" and it offered customers several discounts on different Android smartphones.

Reports also mentioned that the shipping fee for the devices came free of charge.

Talking about great deals, the mobile carrier, for instance, offered Samsung Galaxy S6, which had a launching price of $679 for the 32 GB variant.

With the back-to-school sale, there was $100 off the device price plus a promo code that provided additional $80 discount, making S6 cost $499.

The promo offered several Samsung units. Aside from S6 and other devices from the Galaxy series, T-Mobile also offered LG G Stylo, LG Leon LTE, Samsung Galaxy Core Prime, ZTE Max, and Kyocera Hydro WAVE, among others.

Just to make customers who missed out on the deal jealous, T-Mobile offered Galaxy Note 4 with a $50 discount on its price. The carrier also sold Galaxy S5 and Kyocera Hydro WAVE with $80 and $36 slashed off their prices, respectively.

Samsung Galaxy Core Prime, the smartphone capable of having an "Ultra Power Saving Mode" was sold at $99.99, and it came with a free 3.1AMP microUSB car charger courtesy of T-Mobile.

All these promos, of course, had special codes that customers need to key in upon checkout of the online purchase.

Back-to-school deals are popular among different brands and many retailers will really offer generous discounts on different products. Usually, companies hosting these kinds of deals come from the mobile industry.

Back-to-school promos are not only limited to students; even those who don't have kids can take advantage of these promotions.
