"Supernatural" is making its season premiere next week and it's another set of gruesome adventures for the Winchester brothers.
In an Ask Ausiello session on TV Line, it was revealed that Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) will have to deal with not just The Darkness.
Executive producer Jeremy Carver said that the witch Rowena, will still pose a big problem for the brothers.
The first parts of season 11 will see more of Rowena (Ruth Connel) as she figures out what she wants to do now that she has her newly discovered abilities.
Fans should expect how Rowena succeeds with that power, the executive producer added.
It was also reported that Castiel (Misha Collins) won't be with the Winchesters since the witch has laid a curse on him, leaving only the brothers to deal with The Darkness.
Dean and Sam will then ask for some help with those from their past in order to have a stronger force against The Darkness.
Meanwhile, The CW has just released its first clip for season 11 of "Supernatural," in which the brothers stumble upon a crime scene as they head towards Nebraska, International Business Times reported.
As the duo make a stop to look into the scene, they encounter dead construction workers whose necks are covered in mysterious marks.
The brothers try to work out the clues left behind, but then they are startled by a noise. A construction worker bearing the same mark appears near them.
Dean takes his gun out to talk the man into calming down, but he just continues walking toward the brothers. Just then, the man is shot down before Dean could fire his gun.
A female officer shows up and she is just relieved the Winchesters do not bear the same marks.
But it doesn't stop there because according to reports, Sam will be inflicted with the same mysterious disease spotted among the construction workers.
Fans will just have to watch out for the premiere episode, entitled "Out of the Darkness, Into the Fire" on Wednesday, Oct. 7, at 9 p.m. EST on The CW, to find out how Sam will get the disease and if it can be cured.
