Ibuki, the next downloadable fighter for "Street Fighter 5," will be arriving by the end of June together with the Story Mode.

Capcom, the game publisher, has excited its fans with several tweets about its third character to arrive in the game. Many thought the character would be available by the end of May, but due to unforeseen circumstances, such as technical difficulties, the release was delayed, and the company announced the delay at the last minute, Polygon reported.

The company posted another tweet to clear things up, where it said, "We wanted to clear up the confusion around the release of Ibuki in #SFV. She will be released alongside Story Mode at the end of June."

"Street Fighter 5," was launched last February with 16 characters, with four new fighters. Another six characters would be added along the way, all for free. Alex and Guile were released last March and April, and Ibuki for June. Balrog, Juri and Urien will follow soon.

The game will also have its own real world-based currency called Zenny that will come right after all playable characters have been released.

Capcom also issued a statement just recently, again to apologize to the fans about the miscommunication that happened a few days ago, as well as the lack of it.

The statement said, "We'll be the first to admit that we can improve our communication with the community, in terms of where our priorities lie around the game and status updates. We plan to change that in the coming weeks and months and will work to quickly address topics that come up in the community as best we can."

"We apologize to our players all over the globe for not communicating this change to our release schedule sooner," it added.

The company also acknowledged two issues happening within the game with regards to the "input delay," and "rage quitting issue." They are currently looking into the matter and will update players at the soonest possible time.

"Street Fighter 5" is now available for the PlayStation 4 and Windows PC. A Linux version was part of the original plan, but no information is available regarding its release.
