'Sense8' Season 2 spoilers: Wolfgang at a disadvantage this time around

It appears as if the second season of the thriller series "Sense8" will not be very favorable to one of the most valuable sensates, Wolfgang. Both his personal life as well as his professional one is apparently at stake.

Yibada reports that all might not be well in the Wolfgang-Kala universe. Kala, who was engaged to Rajan in Season 1, did not seem very happy with the arranged match that had been forced upon her. Nevertheless, she went ahead with the match to keep her family happy. And then, she met Wolfgang. Their chemistry was obvious to the delight of their fans.

But a photo posted on the official Sense8 Instagram page shows Rajan carrying Kala in a loving gesture, and the two sensates looking into each other's eyes. This photo sparked off theories that perhaps Kala has come to terms with her engagement to Rajan, and is learning to fall in love with him. A simultaneously released report hinted that Purab Kohli, who plays Rajan on the show, is to have an extended role in the new season. This makes it pretty likely for the Kala-Rajan angle to be explored further.

This leaves Wolfgang on his own. As for what happens on the professional front, the developments there look bleak, too. According to Game & Guide, Sikandar Kher is the most recent addition to the Sense8 team. He plays a villain in the upcoming season, and poses a threat to both Wolfgang and his own brother Rajan.

Movie News Guide hosts an interesting write-up which claims that at the center of Sikandar's agenda is Kala. The new villain is apparently hurt by his unrequited love for the sensate, and targets the two men in order to win her for himself. Although this seems like a lot of trouble to go to, we cannot help but wonder if Sikandar may just succeed in bringing down at least one of his two enemies.
