A new trailer for the "Resident Evil 7" game has surfaced, and it cryptically shows how the game's protagonist answers a ringing phone. The voice on the line gives the protagonist a warning before ending the call.

According to Game Spot, the video was posted in the official Twitter account of the "Resident Evil" game along with an accompanying message saying: "That voice...who could it be?" With this simple caption, a lot of fans have suddenly started trying to figure out which character from the previous series could return.

Of course, when it comes to a female character, the one who immediately comes into mind is Ada Wong. After all, she has repeatedly shown up in the series to cause some trouble.

However, the voice actually sounds more or less like Sheva Alomar from the fifth "Resident Evil" game. Right now, it is still unconfirmed, so fans should just wait for more updates.

Meanwhile, Capcom has announced that the disturbing "Kitchen Demo" for the "Resident Evil 7" is now available for download for anyone who also purchases a PlayStation VR headset. This just signifies that most of the developers of horror games will be focusing on the Virtual Reality industry.

In North America, the "Resident Evil 7" "Kitchen" demo can now be played on the PS VR since it comes as a demo disc bundled with the headset. As such, it is good for fans to check the game out, since the demo, according to the Game Rant, will become a full-fledge "Resident Evil" experience.

It is worth noting that the demo is free for download, so there is no reason for PS VR owners to miss the opportunity to try it out.

Regardless, the "Kitchen" demo is different from the "Beginning Hour" demo that is available for the PlayStation 4.
