A new episode from "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" just wrapped up last night and fans saw Kyle Richards and Lisa Vanderpump in Italy.

The episode mostly focused on Richards' role in her niece Nicky Hilton's wedding, which she was told she's better off not attending. This, of course, gave the housewife something to think seriously about but the episode never revealed what the problem was.

The recently aired episode also revealed deeper into Yolanda Foster's disease, with Eileen Davidson and Lisa Rinna shocked to hear the former model, who's battling Lyme disease, share that there's a parasite measuring two-feet long living inside her.

Meanwhile, the recent episode also gave no sign of the new housewives, but according to the International Business Times, promos for the upcoming episode, titled "Horsing Around" suggests that a new housewife is coming and it will be Erika Jayne who will make an appearance.

In the next episode, according to the synopsis found on TV Guide, Richards will be back from her trip to Europe and she will receive news about her sister Kim that she will not be happy about. Rinna and Vanderpump will also be on a mission to find the perfect gift for the latter's husband's birthday.

Us Magazine shared that Vanderpump revealed her plans of getting husband Kyle Todd a miniature horse, or a pony, for his 70th birthday, and that quest to find that perfect pony will continue to be featured in the next episode. It will also show Ken's birthday celebration.

Episode 3 will also show Davidson trying to balance her work and her duties as a mother, TV Guide's synopsis further revealed.

Next Tuesday, the show is expected to bring more exciting scenes from the housewives and more Foster health story will be shared.

Will Richards eventually reveal the reason why she was uninvited at one point to her niece's wedding? Will there be more drama?

CarterMatt writes that ever since the show premiered its sixth season, no dramatic scenes have been showcased. The show needs more shakeup to keep it interesting, the outlet noted.

"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" airs on Tuesdays at 9 p.m. EST on BRAVO.
