Yolanda Foster has been dealing with Lyme disease for almost three years. Since being diagnosed, the Bravo star has been very open about her treatments and her quest for wellness, and this week, she gave her fans an insight of what she goes through each day to battle the ailment.

On Wednesday March 13, the 51-year old posted a photo of her with all the pills and supplements she takes every day, She captioned the shot, "Home and Back to the full time job…#MyHealthJourney #AWholeLotOfPills #SearchingForACure #ChronicLymeDisease"

Last week, the former model revealed that she has turned to stem cell therapy to fight the disease.

"Sweet dreams to my stem-cells, may they strengthen my immune system to destroy the silent killer inside of me and turn this Mess into a Message," she wrote on Instagram.

Lyme disease is an infection caused by bacteria spread by the bite of an infected deer tick. Symptoms include pain in the muscles or joints, fever, and chronic fatigue.

For Foster, the infection also caused neurological impairment—loss of words and short term memory—as well as problems with eyesight, migraines, chronic pain, and numbness. As of the moment, no definitive cure for Lyme disease has been found.

In her attempts to find a cure, the reality star has visited several countries, including Germany, South Korea, and Mexico.

Foster has gone through both traditional and modern medicine for her treatment. "I have gone from the conventional long-term antibiotics to about every holistic protocol there is to offer," she wrote on her Bravo blog.

"I will make it my life mission to figure this out, because nobody deserves to suffer this way in 2015," she added.
