Recently, a hacking group, who has made itself known as The Dark Lord, claims it has the complete episodes for "Orange is the New Black" season 5. The hackers have leaked the first episode of the season and has threatened to leak the rest of the episodes before its premiere date.

The Dark Lord has asked Netflix for a ransom. In exchange, the hacking group will keep mum about the upcoming season. To note, the upcoming installment will air next month.

"We are aware of the situation," Netflix states. "A production vendor used by several major TV studios had its security compromised and the appropriate law enforcement authorities are involved."

According to reports, the hacking group managed to get its hands on the Netflix original series from a company that granted them access to the title. Not only that, The Dark Lord has also nabbed more titles from other networks. It has initially threatened Netflix, but it eventually turned to Twitter to place some pressure on other networks.

In a Tweet, The Dark Lord writes, "Who is next on the list? Fox, IFC, NAT GEO, and ABC. Oh, what fun we're all going to have. We're not playing any games anymore."

The upcoming installment of "Orange Is the New Black" will pick up where last season left off. Fans are excited to know what will happen to the inmates of Litchfield Penitentiary who have instigated a riot and held a guard hostage. More importantly, fans want to know if another character will kick the bucket this season.

"Orange Is the New Black" season 5 airs this June 9 on Netflix.
