Nina Dobrev may be out of "The Vampire Diaries," but she managed to remain close with her castmates. Over the weekend, Dobrev met with TVD former co-stars Candice Accola and Kayla Ewell, as reported in Hollywood Life.

Dobrev posted on her Instagram several pictures showing some good time with her gal pals.

She was with her friends that weekend to celebrate Ewell's bachelorette party.

She may have just bonded with the girls from TVD but according to a new report, Dobrev might rejoin the show and reunite with her former flame, Ian Somerhalder.

Cast members of the vampire series hinted during the San Diego Comic-Con that Dobrev might make a comeback on the show, and even Somerhalder made the tease, as reported in Celebrity Dirty Laundry.

According to Somerhalder, Dobrev's character is "still there" and is "having a nap." Accola also added that the show's unpredictability is what makes it fun.

She described how viewers will never know when characters leave or come back and it's been a pattern consistent for six seasons of the show.

If the news on Dobrev's return to TVD would be true, a lot of people know that Somerhalder's wife Nikki Reed won't be happy about it.

There were numerous reports showing tension between Dobrev and Reed. For instance, there was the news on Somerhalder who unfollowed Dobrev on Twitter, which was believed to be "ordered" by Reed.

Reports point to Reed bearing ill feelings towards Dobrev, but the 26-year-old former TVD star has nothing but well wishes for Somerhalder and Reed.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, when Dobrev was asked about her ex-beau, she had nothing but positivity.

"When I heard about the wedding, I thought it was beautiful," she said.

"They look happy and I am happy and so I don't see why there should be a problem with that."
