The new "Naruto Shippuden" episode 476 will show the final battle between Naruto and Sasuke, and fans are excited to see this epic showdown between the two friends. It will be the grand finale for the anime, and as such it will be an hour-long episode which will be merged with episode 477.

According to MobiPicker, after defeating the main antagonist Kaguya, the great war ended. Everyone thought that the conflict was all over and that finally, the land can be in peace. However, major spoilers say that there is something more to come since Sasuke will finally reveal what his desires are.

In this revelation, Sasuke finally said that he wanted to kill the Kages, the tailed beast and finally Naruto in order to establish a new era for the Shinobi world. Obviously, Naruto is opposed to his ideals, and as such he will stop at nothing in order to prevent Sasuke from doing what he wants, resulting in a final battle between the two.

Without a doubt, the battle will decide the fate of Konoha and the Shinobi world in general, according to the Parent Herald. The victor will become its next Hokage so if Sasuke is successful in killing Naruto, he will be free to enact his desires as the leader of all nations. The latter will have to step up and prevent potential catastrophe by ensuring that he becomes the next Hokage by defeating his former friend.

Those who have already read the manga already know the result of this battle, with Naruto emerging as the triumphant victor while Sasuke realizes the error of his ways in defeat. His regret will lead him to ask Naruto for forgiveness, and they will again become best of friends and live peaceful lives.

After this, Kakashi will become the Sixth Hokage before Naruto steps up to become the Seventh Hokage afterward.
