The F1 Monaco Grand Prix 2015 takes place on Sunday with Lewis Hamilton and teammate Nico Rosberg set to battle it out at the Circuit de Monaco-Monte Carlo for Formula One supremacy.

Lewis Hamilton is once again on pole for today's race, but he is expecting a colossal battle as he seeks to win his first Monaco Grand Prix for seven years.
Everyone knows how important pole position is at Monaco, with its narrow street circuit making it very difficult for drivers to pass. However, Hamilton knows that winning at Monaco also takes a great deal of concentration, and the course leaves little room for any mistakes, meaning he will have to be at his best to claim the win.
Hamilton has said ahead of the race: "The job is not even half done. There is so much to do in the race. There is a long way to go. It's going to be mentally and physically challenging. I'm just so happy nothing was able to get in my way today."
Hamilton has historically been one of the best drivers on this track, however, he has rarely won the race, always experiencing problems in one for or another. Even when he claimed the win here back in 2008, he only managed to do so after hitting a wall and breaking one of his wheels.
He has said, "I'm just sitting here thinking about all the previous years and things that kind of got in the way or that I wasn't good enough or whatever it may be. I'm looking forward to the race."
The reigning world champion will not want to let his pole position slip today, especially after Rosberg reestablished himself as a serious contender for the title a fortnight ago by winning in Spain. Many had thought that Hamilton was running away with the championship after a near perfect start to the new season, however, Rosberg's win means that Hamilton's lead at the top of the leaders' board has been cut to just 20 points, with Sebastian Vettel also in the running at just 11 points behind Rosberg.
In addition, Rosberg has been able to win the Monaco Grand Prix for the past two years straight, so he will be confident he has what it takes to overturn Hamilton on this circuit and cut his lead even further.
Hamilton has also spoken about the danger points in the race where there are greater opportunities for drivers to overtake: "I have always been quick in the race here but been further back. Basically the start and one pit stop you have a chance to get by and they are both very good opportunities."
