For the "Star Wars" Classic pack, players will get to see different versions of Chewbacca, Luke Skywalker, Leia Organa, and some of the much loved characters like Admiral Ackbar, a Wampa, and Greedo, all of which are mainstays.

On the other hand, the "Star Wars Rebels" pack will offer players Hera Syndulla, Ezra Bridger, Chopper, and other members of the Ghost crew.

The skin packs are now available at $2.99 each, a price that's surprisingly cheaper compared to other content, reports iDigitalTimes.

The new skin packs should contribute to the growing sales of the game. While Mojang is enjoying the success of the game, its CEO said that Minecraft won't be seeing a sequel, at least not in the near future.

Minecraft, the pixelated sandbox video game, is available in several different platforms, including Mac, Linux, personal computer (PC), PS consoles, Xbox 360, and Xbox One. Some Android and iOS devices also support the game.
