Henry Cavill excited about 'Cyborg' possibility in Man of Steel 2 movie [VIDEO]

In the latest news roundup for the highly anticipated Batman vs Superman film, the newest addition to the Justice League lineup may be Victor Stone, widely known as 'Cyborg.'

The report comes from Latino Review, which states that producers are looking to cast a young and physically fit male for the film. The role would be small, but will be a recurring role.

Latest rumors suggest Michael B. Jordan, who has recently been cast as Johnny Storm in the "Fantastic Four" movie, may have a small involvement in the Man of Steel sequel. However, it is not known whether he will take up the role of 'Cyborg', if indeed he does get a part in the film. Latino Review reports that Jordan has met with director Zack Snyder about the part, but no other news has been reported yet.

In the video below, Henry Cavil previously spoke about his excitement for Cyborg: "What really intrigued me was Dr. Emil Hamilton's references to S.T.A.R. Labs. Cyborg I think would make a wonderful character, and an incredible bridge between both superhumans and humanity in a different way to Batman. And so I don't know where he's going to come in or if he's going to come in, but that's one I'm particularly excited about."

Meanwhile, Gal Gadot, who will be playing Wonder Woman in Batman vs Superman, has posted a photo of her training for the film. The photo shows her balancing barefoot on a ball as she snaps a photo of herself with one hand. She captioned the photo: "Selfi while standing on a ball. Now tell me this is not original! Good morning!!!"

The release date of Man of Steel 2, aka Batman vs Superman film, has been pushed back from its original date of July 17, 2015 to May 6, 2016. Warner Brothers had pushed back the movie's release date to allow "the filmmakers time to fully realize their vision, given the complex visual nature of the story."

The Batman/Superman movie will Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne/Batman, Henry Cavill reprise his role as Superman/Clark Kent, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, and Laurence Fishburne as the Daily Planet's Editor-in-Chief Perry White.

If you look at the Church of England’s communications all that it ever seems to highlight is the good works that Christians do to improve the temporal well-being of their neighbours. It is right to highlight these things, but they are not the primary reason for the Church’s existence.
