Although having a high rating in "Madden NFL" doesn't say that much about National Football League (NFL) players, it still brings them honor if their name moved up the rankings.

The roster for week 14 is now out and it showed some of the football players going up, while others didn't enjoy similar ratings, as expected.

For week 14, the rising star is Odell Beckham, Jr. from the New York Giants, who saw a major increase in his ratings.

As stated in EA Sports, Beckham's performance was described to be "unstoppable" with his seven catches and two touchdowns, awarding him +1 rating and an overall rating of 95.

Meanwhile, over to the other team, the Carolina Panthers, their defensive play was extraordinary last week, when the team did not allow their opponent, Atlanta Falcons, to score.

The defensive play was headed by Kurt Coleman. The Panthers' safety had nine tackles and one interception, which granted him a +2 rating, an overall of 86.

Other players who also experienced an increase in their rating include Khalil Mack, with +2 and an overall of 95; Tedd Ginn Jr., also with + 2 and an overall of 80; and A.J. McCarron with +1 and an overall of 73.

Meanwhile, things did not look too good for three players who saw a drop in their ratings. Charles Woodson was down with 2 giving him an overall of 91; Robbie Gould also dropped his rating with the same number, giving him 86; and Vikings Stefon Diggs with -2 and an overall of 80.

EA Sports shares the complete roster update for Week 14.

As for Week 15 predictions, NFL.com stated that the Minnesota Vikings could get back on track if running back Adrian Peterson would play like the Most Valuable Player (MVP) that he was back in 2012.

Another prediction is that Seattle Seahawks quarterback, Russell Wilson, will break records with five touchdowns in each of four games, a feat that has never been done before.
