MacBook Pro 2017 announcement may come at WWDC in June

Apple is said to be working on three new laptops. Apple

It has only been a few months since the release of the MacBook Pro with Touchbar last October 2016 but it seems that the good people of Apple are gearing up once again for a massive follow-up. Signs and rumors indicate that it won't be long before eager MacBook buyers can finally get a hold on the updated MacBook Pro 2017.

When the MacBook Pro with Touchbar was first released, people had automatically taken a liking to the touchbar. However, what people did not like about the product was the costly parts inside it.

According to Bloomberg, sources revealed that Apple is currently planning on three new laptops, one of which is the MacBook Pro with an updated Kaby Lake processor courtesy of Intel. This is completely understandable since Apple released the MacBook Pro with Touchbar without waiting for the latest Kaby Lake processor or even the Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) Ryzen. Because of this, fans have deduced that it would not take long before Apple would release an updated model of the device.

Not only that, the insiders also shared that the company is planning to update the 12-inch MacBook and even the 13-inch MacBook Air. The latter is considered the most affordable device from Apple and unsurprisingly, its sales are consistently strong. These updates come at a great time since Apple's closest competition, Microsoft Corp., has also released a new product, the Surface Laptop, which could potentially rival the MacBook Air.

According to Bloomberg, Apple will be announcing the updated MacBook Pro 2017 during the upcoming Worldwide Developers Conference. This will be occurring this coming June 5.

It is believed that the updated MacBook Pro 2017 would feature enhanced low power functionality courtesy of a new chip called the T310 coupled with ARM technology. Another rumor indicates that AMD Ryzen could potentially be added to the MacBook Pro 2017 which would ultimately enhance the device's functionality, performance and most especially its battery life.
