The latest episode of "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" showed pretty intense scenes between Miles Brock and therapist Dr. Stacy Kaiser, both of whom are waiting for Amber Hunter's arrival.

Last Oct. 12's episode titled "Revelation," Brock decided that he couldn't bear with the secrecy surrounding his sexuality and feels that it is time to come out.

Ever since the rapper joined the VH1 reality series, he's been hiding his true nature, especially from his ex-girlfriend and at the same time best friend, Hunter.

Brock and boyfriend Milan Christopher had been in a rocky relationship and the latter is still not responding to Brock's calls. So, Brock ends up turning to Hunter and suggesting they'd go to therapy.

But what Hunter doesn't know is that Brock, while waiting for her, is anxiously working on his reveal speech.

The therapist was seen helping Brock with the practice before Hunter arrives. He started to rehearse and mentioned about how sorry he is for lying to her.

But shortly after, Brock's tears started to fall because he's afraid to hurt his ex-girlfriend's feelings.

But it's now or never for the rapper because Hunter just walked in without knowing what she's going to find out — and that's where the thrill begins.

As the seventh episode airs on Monday, fans should expect a lot of drama when Brock finally tells Hunter, who still happens to be in love with him, about his sexuality.

"I know telling Amber the truth about my sexuality is the right thing to do," Brock said in the sneak peek video of the upcoming episode from VH1.

Will Hunter react negatively or will she be able to find it in herself to accept the truth, even if it means having her heart broken?

Watch for the big revelation when "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" airs on Monday, Oct. 19, at 8 p.m. EST on VH1.
