Kristen Stewart dating news: Star talks about her 'uncomfortable' years in 'The Twilight Saga'

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are already living separate lives at this point but fans' fascination on the former lovebirds simply refuses to die down. Despite treading different paths, the two are still very much connected by "The Twilight Saga" where their romance blossomed.

The 26-year-old American actress who previously appeared very awkward whenever the camera panned to her has now become more and more vocal about her personal life. Alongside this is her seemingly more comfortable about her sexuality as well as her tumultuous past.

During a recent visit to "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," host Ellen featured a throwback photo of Stewart which was taken during her last appearance on the daytime talk show in 2011.

"I feel like I'm looking at a college yearbook," Stewart said while looking at the picture. "I don't jump right back into those memories but as soon as you see a picture, you're like, 'Ooh God, it's like yesterday' ... and then maybe not."

Featured in the said snap were the major cast members of "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn — Part 1," including Stewart's ex-boyfriend, Pattinson, as they were promoting the film at that time.

"I was 17 or 18 when it all kinda went down and that's like the most uncomfortable, terrible, weird [thing] — you're, like, 17 years old, 'Aah!'" she pondered. "But the same time it's good. It kind of like forced me to stand at attention in this way, which, I didn't have that."

Following the conclusion of the "Twilight" series, Stewart and Pattinson's relationship become very convoluted and their silence about it just added fuel to the rumors surrounding them. They eventually split up and went on to date other people with Pattinson now engaged to be married to musician FKA Twigs.

Stewart, on the other hand, became bolder with her dating life recently stepping out and making her latest relationship with St. Vincent, also known as Annie Clark, public. The pair attended the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Show at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles last month.
