Fans of the well-loved Disney-inspired video game are in for a wild treat as "Kingdom Hearts 3" may be creating a conclusion to the saga of its optimistic protagonist, Sora.

As reported by Gematsu, Twitter user @ArikaMiz has given information on the plot of the story, which revolves around the final keyblade way between light and darkness, with Sora leading the light and Master Xehanort bringing forth darkness. This may prove to be one epic battle yet that will enthrall the many followers of the game.

The description of a final struggle illustrates that this may probably be the battle that will end all battles in the "Kingdom Hearts" universe, and may be a sign that this could be the last installment if one is to base it on the story, Movie News Guide illustrates.

"Kingdom Hearts" possess a huge fan base, combining Disney audiences and Square Enix lovers alike. With 15 titles spanning since 2002, including the unreleased "Kingdom Hearts 3," a rich and colorful story envelops the vibrant history of how Sora became a keyblade wielder who gains favor from friends all over different universes, iDigital Times reports.

Knowing such fact of the many years the saga has been running, one can't help but wonder if the story will be too complex for new players.

Gamesbeat was able to interview Tai Yasue, co-director of "Kingdom Hearts 2.8" and Kingdom Hearts 3." Yasue explained that it will be a huge help for players to go through the different stories within the previous "Kingdom Hearts" games, considering the threads are already intertwining. It won't be necessary, though, as the latest installment should make sense as to where pieces would fall.

The official release date for "Kingdom Hearts 3" has not been announced yet, although the much-anticipated title will be supported by PlayStation 4 and Xbox One platforms.
