Jessa Duggar took to Instagram early this week to give her fans an update about her pregnancy. In the photo, the "19 Kids and Counting" star shares that she is now 16 weeks along as she proudly shows off her baby bump while dressed in a purple shirt. Jessa captioned the shot, "16 weeks and 1 day".

She also gave some information about her unborn child's development on the photo sharing app, writing, "So awe inspiring to read about #BabySeewald's growth from week-to-week! 'For You [God] formed my inward parts; You knitted me together in my mother's womb. I praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are Your works; my soul knows it well.'- Psalm 139:13-14"

Jessa and her husband Ben Seewald lately had a lot of reasons to celebrate. Ben recently graduated from National Park Community College, and this week he turns 20 and Jessa took to Instagram on Tuesday to wish her husband a happy birthday.

"Happy birthday to my best friend and favorite person in the whole wide world!" Jessa captioned a throwback selfie of the two of them. "Life with you is always fun and exciting!"

She went on to tell Ben how blessed she is to have him in her life and that there is no one else she wants to have as the father of their child.

Jessa and Ben got married on Nov. 1, 2014 in front of more than 1,000 guests. Last month, they announced that they are expecting their first child together. Earlier this month, Jessa told People that her pregnancy is going well and although her pregnancy symptoms are not as drastic as those experienced by other pregnant women, she sometimes feels a little tired and has the occasional craving for certain foods.

Back in February, Jessa told People Magazine that aside from having biological children, they also wish to adopt "a lot of kids" and that even if they're blessed with biological kids of their own, they'll still push through with their plans to adopt.
