'Heroes of the Storm' news: Gul'dan and Auriel featured as new heroes in new teaser trailer

 Blizzard

Blizzard has another MOBA game, "Heroes of the Storm," and it's confirmed that this game will bring some new characters in the coming weeks.

In a trailer posted by Blizzard, two new characters have been revealed: One from the "Diablo" games and another from the "Warcraft" games. The preview for each of these new heroes wasn't in-depth, but nevertheless it provides players with a bit of an insight into what they can do.

From "Warcraft," the newest addition to the roster is Gul'dan, first seen in "Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne." In the video, it can be seen that he is able to instill fear in characters within a small area. On the other hand, Auriel is the character from the "Diablo" game, who can shoot and attack in a straight line, knocking back and stunning enemies, but it's debatable whether or not the stun effect only triggers when enemies hit a wall, like Diablo's charge skill.

Aside from the new heroes, their skins are also shown off, as well as some for the existing heroes in the game. Li Ming, for example, will have a new Striker skin, which makes her look like a volleyball player. Other skins include Mystic Kingdoms Arthas and Spellbreaker Johanna, with the latter making the "Diablo III" character appear as one of the Blood Elves from the "Warcraft" games.

Also, this newest update for the "Heroes of the Storm" game features some of the newest mounts. This includes cool new additions such as a robotic wolf, a red-skinned horse and a flaming version for both the battle beast and the horse.

With this trailer already out, it's expected for Blizzard to release these new heroes soon. After all, it's not in Blizzard's tradition to release videos so soon, so it's most likely that these characters will be out by next month at the earliest.
