Rockstar Games never seems to fail to bring excitement to all "Grand Theft Auto V" (GTA V) fans, with its week-long bonuses for the online multiplayer game mode having started last Nov. 17 and will last through Sunday, Nov. 22.
However, it appears that they're not the only perks that players need to watch out for, since several reports point to leaked downloadable content (DLC) updates showing what fans may expect this holiday season.
According to International Business Times, famous YouTube user MrBossFTW revealed on Twitter that seven new Lowriders will be part of the upcoming Lowriders 2 DLC update. The list includes Minivan2, SabreGT2, Faction3, Virgo2, Virgo3, Tornado5, and SlanVan3.
Aside from this reveal, GTA V leakster FunMW2, also known as @TezFunz2 on Twitter, took to GTAForums to announce that the Lowriders 2 DLC may also be released alongside the Christmas update, just like how Lowriders 1 DLC arrived with the Halloween update, iDigital Times reported.
These DLCs are speculated to arrive sometime in December, either early or in the middle of the month, according to MrBossFTW.
Another tipster named LondonTown2004 also seems to agree with what FunMW2 just revealed and added that the Christmas DLC may expire by Jan. 4 next year, the report from iDigital Times continued. This means that special items in the upcoming update will only be around for a limited time.
Meanwhile, in relation to Christmas-related updates for the game, Crossmap reported that FunMW2 also said that a DLC called Apartment Customization will be released in the weeks to come. YouTube user DomisLive claims that this DLC, which reportedly came from the file Online Creator, will be included in the Christmas update.
With all these reports, fans of GTA V will have something to look forward to in the gaming community this Christmas. In the meantime, GTA players will just have to enjoy the week-long bonuses that are still up for grabs.
