GoPro is expected to officially unveil its next flagship action cam soon and it may happen on Sept. 19. The date will also be the day the company will unveil its long-delayed Karma drone.

Information on the upcoming camera was posted online last month. It contains images of the alleged device and a user manual. Interestingly, the user's manual points out that the upcoming GoPro Hero 5 will be able to follow limited voice commands, like GoPro Turn On, GoPro Turn Off, GoPro, will be a big plus for users.

The leaked information also suggests that the upcoming device will have a touch screen feature and a built-in waterproof housing. A USB-C port, a slightly larger 1,220 mAh battery, image stabilization, and a built-in GPS are also said to be featured as well.

For video quality, it appears that the alleged device's highest-quality video mode is 4K at 30 FPS, while higher frame rates (up to 120 FPS) is only available at lower resolutions. Incidentally, this is also what the Hero 4 Black can offer, and is underwhelming for current gen owners.

Additionally, the manual also revealed that a cloud service would soon be offered by the company and will allow users of its new device to upload images and videos directly to the service. This was further strengthened by a report from Variety, though no further information is available except that it could be launched later this year.

GoPro also acquired two video editing mobile apps for US$105 million, "Quick" and "Spice." This will make users of GoPro cams to have a simple editing and sharing experience, which may have affected its sales last holiday season, according to company CEO Nick Woodman.

Meanwhile, the company posted on Twitter about its upcoming Karma drown getting ready to fly, were its said, "Change is in the air. Karma takes flight 9.19.16. http://gopro.com/karma  #GoProKarma #GoPro."

Last May, the company moved the release date of its first drone product all the way back to winter, and the Hero 5 could be the reason for it. It is speculated that its flagship camera will also be unveiled on the same event, Sept. 19, and will be available in the market in time for the holiday season.
