Tanc Sade has revealed all the efforts that he had to make just to be part of the upcoming "Gilmore Girls" revival on Netflix.

In an interview with the AAP, as reported by The Guardian, the Australian actor said that he opted to work 52 hours straight so he can reprise his role as the Rory's (Alexis Bledel) friend and eccentric Yale student named Finn in the upcoming revival, which will be called "Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life."

"I said to my team, 'I'm doing 'Gilmore Girls' no matter what. There's no way I'll miss it', because I owed it to the story. The story is bigger than the sum of its parts," the actor said. "In the end I was doing night shoots on 'Gilmore Girls' and then wrapping and going straight from 'Gilmore Girls' to 'Roadies,'" he added.

In a separate interview with Studio Ten (also via the Guardian), Sade revealed that the series reboot will be worth the nine-year wait.

"Amy [Palladino, the creator of Gilmore Girls] famously said she knew what the last four words of Gilmore Girls would be. And she never got to say them because she wasn't on the seventh series. So for a lot of fans this is a very big deal, that she's getting to finish the show in the way that she wanted to," the actor said.

Meanwhile, Jared Padalecki revealed during an interview with Zap2it at the 2016 San Diego Comic Con that he will have the privilege of watching the first episode of "Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life" on Monday, Aug. 1.

According to the actor, he could only work on the set of the series' reboot for one day because of his commitments to the "Supernatural" series. But before the public does, he will catch the rough cut of the episode, titled "Winter," where his character Dean is believed to make a short cameo.

At the moment, Netflix has yet to announce the official release date of the "Gilmore Girls" revival.
